Description

The Risk Management and Insurance (RMI) profession is facing an impending shortage of up-and-coming talent, and positioning RMI as an attractive and fulfilling career path is all the more pressing. How can the industry make strides in fostering the next generation of risk and insurance professionals? This panel of industry professionals and a current student will engage in a meaningful discussion about young talent. We will explore the factors which current students prioritize when pursuing careers in the industry, and how RMI professionals can attract more students to follow suit.
